Telescribe can archive data as is required by client.
The most popular method is to “burn” a CD-R of the data
and calls based on the date that they are received. Two
copies of the data and calls are stored in different
locations both on and off sight.
Sound Files:
• Computer Sound File format
• Dialogic ADPCM (VOX)
• All other computer sound file formats
• Voice Mail Dial-Up Platforms
Project capability:
Telescribe utilizes a flexible workforce which gives
Telescribe the benefit of handling varying volumes.
Currently, Telescribe is prepared to transcribe 500,000
calls per month.
Quality Assurance:
To be able to provide 100% data input and transcription
accuracy Telescribe can provide 100% verification. This
means that after a record has been keyed, a different
operator in a “blind” second pass re-keys the record.
During the second pass if any data is different it is
the verification operator’s responsibility to key the
field a third time before the operator can move on to
the next record. However, most of our voice
transcription clients prefer to use our standard quality
control procedures and get an ANSI standard accuracy
level without any additional cost to the client.
Telescribe can send the client daily reports of the
records sampled and any errors found/corrected. |
